Most Fascinating Email Scam of 2008

The following is probably the most interesting scam email I’ve come across. It refers to an actual Web site, with an email address at that site that’s not a spoofed link. It’s even (relatively) well-written; blatant grammatical errors and typos are at a minimum, and it’s rather official-sounding. And, it’s allegedly from the United Nations, an organization so corrupt and perverted that one might actually believe it has this kind of money to throw around.
